A reference thereto will more adequately present the background of the present proceeding. Marie Lees Thomas, appellant and respondent, hereinafter referred to as appellant, was named as the recipient of 90 per cent of the estate of Jean Cazaurang, deceased, under an olographic will, which will was contested but finally admitted to probate over two other wills.
